I build systems that hold up inside real organisations

I’m the CEO & Co-Founder of Polynovea, a DeepTech company where products and research are built as one loop. I lead strategy, commercial direction and product across Infrakinetic, our enterprise business operating system; the open-source Content Operations Platform; and the AI and ML work that connects them.

How I approach a system

Physics, astrophysics and aerospace engineering gave me a working method I use on everything: model the system, make the assumptions explicit, and test the result against something independent. Numerical modelling, simulation and machine learning are part of how I work, whether the problem is a dataset or a business process.

How organisations actually run

I’ve administered payroll and audited compensation data at Accenture, worked inside regulated financial services at Santander UK, and led Atomberg’s replacement service teams across India. That’s where I learned how controls, SLAs, reconciliation and approvals really behave, and where software lets down the people using it. It’s why I treat business requirements and engineering as one problem.

How I build

I design systems and Claude writes the code. The system design, architecture, product design and UI/UX of everything in my work are mine. The implementation is written with Claude, working to the contracts, boundaries and evidence standards I set. That's how one person ships platforms at this scale, and it's how I'd run engineering for any team I advise.

Now

At Polynovea I’m building a founding team across technology, marketing, operations and customer experience. Alongside it, I take on a small number of independent projects where engineering, product and business requirements meet.
