I work on complex technical and product problems, connecting scientific reasoning, engineering architecture and real business requirements to build systems that hold together.
At Polynovea I lead strategy and product across an enterprise business operating system, an open-source content platform and our AI and ML work. Alongside it, I take on a small number of independent projects.
01 Selected work
Each case study covers the problem, the constraints, my actual role, the decisions made and what can genuinely be shown as evidence.
A complete business operating system with 29 engines covering sales, billing, finance, HR, payroll, recruitment, governance and documents. One governed platform in place of a stack of disconnected SaaS tools.
A three-part platform for restaurants, bars and nightlife venues that read behaviour from thousands of reviews, measured it on the floor, and engineered live shows from research on crowd psychology.
Three production websites (company, product and careers), plus the SEO and AI-search engine behind them, designed and shipped end to end.
An open-source, self-hosted content and data operations platform with headless CMS capabilities, covering structured content, schema modelling, editorial workflow, releases, delivery and governed developer access.
An open-source web extraction engine that turns a URL and a schema into validated structured data, using deterministic extraction first and an LLM only when the page actually requires one.
Polynovea's research into the mathematical structure of human behaviour, asking what holds, across every setting, about how people act, choose, learn and change.
A managed, multi-tenant content operations SaaS built from the open-source Content Operations Platform core and re-platformed onto managed identity, organisation tenancy and Azure.
02 How I build
The system design, architecture, product design and UI/UX are mine. The code is written with Claude, working to the contracts and evidence standards I set. That's how one person ships at the scale on this page, and it's the way of working I bring to fractional CTO engagements.
Objectives, users, constraints and the existing system as it actually runs, not as it is described.

04 Experience
Finance, HR and operations inside large organisations, and now building a company.
2026 – present
Leading strategy, commercial direction, product direction and research at a DeepTech company where products and research are built as one loop.
2025 – 2026
Ran the national replacement service operation, leading the teams across India while building the reporting that showed where workload, capacity and backlog actually stood.
2023 – 2024
SLA-driven support across branch and contact-centre operations for insurance and wealth-management products, inside regulatory and compliance frameworks.
2020 – 2022
HR data analysis, payroll administration and compensation data audits for a large employee population.
05 Independent work
Alongside Polynovea, I take on a limited number of independent projects, particularly where engineering, product architecture and business requirements meet.
Engagements are selected by relevance, scope, feasibility and availability, and can be project-based or ongoing advisory: websites and digital platforms, fractional CTO and technical leadership, product and systems architecture, and applied AI/ML.
